Last Thursday, the girls and I went to dinner with my friend Erin. We went to a restaurant that neither of us had been to call Kitakaisen. Now I was nervous about going because you just never know how it is going to be. This restaurant was very traditional in the seating. We sat on the floor at the table but it had a lot of dishes that we recognized such as Gyoza, tepanyaki, yakisoba, and fried rice. Also, if you liked sushi this was great. Lauren and Gabbie couldn't get over eating on the floor although they brought lulu a little chair to sit in. Overall, it was a great experience and a place that we'll have to take Robbie when he gets back.
