I can't get over that Gabbie is ten today. Seems like yesterday I met the little 4 year old. It's a birthday like no other. Daddy and Mommy are deployed so this is her first birthday EVER without either of them but especially without Daddy. Daddy has never missed a birthday till today. Pretty good record for the fact that they are both active duty! Mommy has missed one birthday by a day upon returning from Iraq. We are going to make it a special day though. Pancakes for breakfast, then going to eat Japanese food for dinner with myself, Lulu, her friend Alexis, her stepdad and stepsister! We'll make the best of it and the hope that her Mommy and Daddy get home within the next couple of days safely because we miss them lots!! Happy Birthday Babygirl!! We are so proud of you!!!
