The Ultrasound Tech wrote...

...it's a girl!  But I'm not so sure.  Ok so here is the whole story, Robbie is currently on a mission and wasn't able to be at the ultrasound with me. So I asked the ultrasound tech to take the picture, write down what it was, and put it in a sealed envelope.  That way Robbie and I could find out together.  I took my friend Erin with me, who is a PA in the ER here, so that if anything happened I would have support.  I let her look so that if I had questions later she could answer.  After I opened it and we got over the intial shock of another girl, I took a closer look at the ultrasound and well...I'm just not 100% sure that this is a girl. I haven't felt like it's a girl and even my friend Erin questioned it.  I wish that the tech had just said, I'm not sure rather than telling me a girl which is what they are known to do here when they aren't sure.  SO now we wait to meet with my doctor in October to see if either they can give me more information OR another ultrasound and hopefully, baby # 3 will be more cooperative!!  Enjoy the ultrasound pics!!!

so this is what they say is a girl...what are your thoughts?

This is the baby doing a sommersault for the picture.  That's right, those are her legs at her nose :)

Just giving my opinion...I mean you did ask for it.

I have three boys. Not one ultra sound looked like that. Even Judah's that we had done at 20 weeks, where we got a very difficult view looking up at the bottom. But all babies are different and sometimes these things are just hard to see at this stage.

So glad that sweet baby, boy or girl, is healthy!

I will have to tell you that with my second I was told it was a girl. my pregnancy felt so different from my first pregnancy when i was carrying a girl. i kept telling my mom that i think im having a boy and that it felt so different. since they told me i was having a girl i just ignored what i was feeling. three weeks before my second was born i found out i was having a boy. I guess you will have to wait until October and see if they can confirm its a girl or if they say its a boy. good luck!
